Minimum orders are $200 with no reorder minimum.
First time orders are paid upfront, subsequent orders are paid prior
to shipping.
Orders with high end gemstones or more than 50% is Gold than 50% is
paid upfront, the rest prior to shipping.
To determine bracelet and
watch size,
measure the wrist with a tape measure or strip of paper just
below the wrist bone, about where you would comfortably
wear your watch and measure it snugly.
Now add 1" to 1.25" to allow for the clasp.
This is approximate sizing and not a guarantee of perfect fit.
Some bracelets may be chunkier or have a few beads
or components that add girth to the end measurement,
so please take that into consideration when ordering.

Once an order is placed, the items are prepared and shipped within
one (1) to fourteen (14) days upon
payment approval* for the
order.
Volume orders may take longer to ship depending on production
schedule.
An email confirmation will be sent to you with an approximate ship
date of your items.
Should their expect delays,
you will be notified right away.
Jewelry is thoroughly cleaned, sealed and packaged in a nifty gift box.
*Credit cards generally take up to four business days to be processed

shipped within the contingent U.S. insured,
via USPS
Priority unless otherwise requested.
International orders are assessed individually.
Return and Exchange Policy

I want you to love your new
piece! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may
send unworn merchandise in resalable condition with all tags attached
back to us within 30 days of shipment date for an exchange or
merchandise credit. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To Return/Exchange your item:

Please call or email for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before mailing your item.
We
must receive your item(s) within 10 days of issuing an RMA number. Please package your item(s)
carefully in their original gift box with all tags attached along
with a copy of the invoice.
If you ordered multiple pieces and would
like to keep the gift
box, please package your return in another
sturdy BOX.
Please insure your items and
request a signature confirmation upon delivery of goods as
we cannot
be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged through
the mail. We reserve the right
to
refuse any items that are returned to us damaged, broken,
not
resalable and/or returned without an RMA number.
We will contact you once your
item(s) has been received and your exchange and/or merchandise
credit has been processed.
